How do I purchase a Parenting By Nature gift certificate?

Purchasing a gift certificate is done the same as purchasing any other product from our online boutique. Select the product Gift Certificates and fill out the required information. Click on the Add to Cart button and viola! You have purchased your gift certificate. When you are ready to checkout, you may choose from any of our usual methods of payments to pay for your purchase.

Please note, if you would like your gift certificate mailed directly to the recipient, enter THEIR details in the checkout form under SHIPPING address. YOUR information would be filled in as the billing address.

What do your gift certificates look like?

Our gift certificates are customized for you and your recipient. You have the option to purchase an e-certificate that will be sent as an attachment to you to print out for your recipient, or emailed directly to your recipient. Or, because we know it's always nice to send and open a gift, you can have a paper gift certificate mailed to you to give, or mailed directly to your recipient.

Our paper gift certificates are printed on high-quality card stock and are professional and attractive. They are a wonderful surprise when received in the mail and sure to put a smile on anyone's face!

Don't forget to add your special note! If you've included a special note in your selection, we will add this to either our e-certificates or hard copies. What a wonderful way to show someone you care!

How do I redeem a gift certificate?

Our gift certificate process is simple! Enter the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and at checkout select Gift Certificate as your method of payment. We will handle the rest! You will be emailed notification of your order being entered into our processing system, and once processing has begun, you will be sent an invoice showing your balance still available on your gift certificate or your balance owing on your order. It's that easy!

Please note that for security measures our order form must be filled out with the correct name that the gift certificate was issued to.

What if I don't use all of my gift certificate in one purchase?

You will be emailed your balance, and you follow the same steps as above the next time you shop with us until you have used it up in full.

What if I have a balance still owing on my order?

If you order total is more than your gift certificate amount you will receive an invoice with a direct link to our payment processor. Simply following the link to complete your payment. Alternately, you may choose to pay for the balance of your order using any one of our various methods of payments. You may wish to read our ordering information here.
