In short - because a public Gift Registry is easier for your guests! A Baby Gift Registry with Parenting By Nature is set up with you and your partner's name and the city/province you live in. We will not share private information such as your email address, telephone number or full address. With using your name and location, our Gift Registry is user friendly, and easily searchable within our website.

A public Baby Gift Registry is easier to access by your registry guests. To view your gift registry there is no need to "register" with our store or enter passwords to see your Gift List. This means less confusion from your family and friends that aren't familiar with online shopping. With one simple link you can refer your family and friends directly to your baby wish list. Our Baby Gift Registries are also searchable by a single first name, last name and/or location (registries created after October 2007) with our Search Feature.

We are pleased to announce that as part of our new Gift Registry program we will be offering beautiful Gift Registry Cards for use in shower invitations, birth announcements or simply to pass out to family and friends. Our high-quality Gift Registry Cards make shopping from your baby gift registry easy! If you have registered with our store prior to March 2007 and would like to use our Baby Gift Registry Cards, just send us an email and we are happy to send some along. We are currently offering one package of 20 Gift Registry Cards for each registrant. In an effort to conserve, if you believe you'll require less than this, please let us know. This service is only available while supplies last and please allow 2 weeks for delivery.

Setting Up Your Baby Gift Registry

At Parenting By Nature we make it easy to both set up and shop from your Baby Gift Registry. You can have your Baby Gift Registry set up in 3 easy steps.

Set up your Customer Profile by clicking here.
Start shopping the Parenting By Nature website using the "Add to Registry" button on the bottom of each product detail page. If an item you'd like to add is out of stock, please email us to be notified when it will be re-listed. This will allow you to add the item to your Gift Registry.
Your gift registry will be available online immediately with a direct link, which you can find by searching for your name using the Search All Registries feature. To make finding your registry easier for your guests, we have included a main directory listing, which can be found with a simply link - http://www.parentingbynature.com/giftreg.php. However, please allow 5-7 business days to be listed on our main Gift Registry Directory. We will email you when you have been added. If you don't receive this email after 5-7 business days, please check your SPAM folder or settings. It's likely our emails are being filtered. Once you have been added to this listing, your registry guests will be able to find you with one easy link, http://www.parentingbynature.com/giftreg.php#currentreg

To set up your registry you will first need to set up your Gift Registry Profile. This is a simple process, and the information shared here will ONLY be used for ordering details by Parenting By Nature. Please provide correct contact information as it is often that we may need to contact a gift registrant to clarify order details, shipping information and/or request alternate colour selections for out of stock items. It is to YOUR benefit that we have accurate details on file. If these details should change, please contact us directly to update your customer file in our store, not just through your online profile.

Once you have set up your Gift Registry Profile, simply start shopping! You will be adding items to your shopping cart using the "Gift Registry" button located directly under the "Add to Cart" button on each product detail page. That's all there is to it. As you add items to your registry, your Gift List will be updated.

You can always add, change or delete items from your registry at any time. Just Log In to your profile and make your changes. If an item is currently out of stock and you would like to add this to your registry you will need to check back with our store when this item becomes available and add it at this time..

To help with selection and purchasing, each item will be directly linked to it's product and purchasing page for review. Please note that gift registries are set up based on product availability. We cannot guarantee that a product on your registry will be available at all times. As many of our products are custom made or limited editions, we suggest making a variety of selections so that your guests will have many items to choose from.

Gift Registries will remain active on our website until deleted by the registrant and/or until one year after the Due Date, as listed on the gift registry.
