Flapsi by Haba Toys is quite the character! We love Flapsi's smiling face, red bottom and charming rattling sound. A gentle rattle and safe teething toy, the wooden discs are threaded onto a heavy, sturdy elastic. Flapsi can be twisted back and forth and made to "flap" which is amusing to any youngster. The bright colors and cherie little face of Flapsi is what drew my attention first, but it was the gentle sound of the wooden discs clapping against each other than made me fall in love with him. It's just the right noise to capture the interest of a little baby without annoying everyone else around. My 7 month old daughter really gets a kick out of it when Flapsi "appears". The noise this little guy makes is so much more soothing that plastic rattles. It makes a gentle "clap, clap" sound rather than something that annoys all who listen and the fun nature of his expression causes my daughter to reach for him every time. Flapsi is a favorite in our house!
