These specially manufactured microfiber terry inserts are made of 3 layers of soft and very absorbent microfiber. They are completely chemical free. The x-small inserts are 10 inches, a small insert is 12 inches long and the med-large insert is 16 inches long and has been designed to fit perfectly in the majority of pocket diaper brands. They are a contoured shape for the very best fit.

When extra absorbency is required, these microfiber inserts are perfect! If it's only a bit of extra absorbency you need, stick with the X-Small or Small sizes for less bulk. Double them up with your current system! For a super-soaking baby or for overnight use, you'll likely want the Medium/Large size (for inside a Med/Large diaper).
