Safe Sippy Tips for Use

The cup sleeve is a wonderful invention and does an excellent job of insulating little hands from cold and warm liquids.
The combination of stainless steel along with the protective sleeve creates the most durable, ding-free cup available on the market.
The stainless steel threads make it rather easy to screw the lid on cockeyed, so be careful to get it on straight.
Don't fill the cup past the lowest thread line, as this may cause the cup to leak between the lid and handles; also be sure to screw the lid on nice and tight to help seal the threads completely.
The cup valve is leak-resistant not spill-proof, so it does leak if you shake it.
Is it leak proof? The Safe Sippy is not completely leak proof. That is to say, if you turn it upside down and shake it, water will drip out. But it has a no-spill valve inside the cap, so if the cup is knocked over by a child, water is not going to come pouring out. You may get a drop or two; if you didn’t, a child wouldn’t be able to get liquid out either.
